Ever wanted to know how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza? Now is your chance! Join us for a fun day where you’ll enjoy a feast of our best dishes while Beth tells you all about the history of this classic Italian pizza. You’ll learn how to make the best dough, how to stretch it like a true pizzaiolo, how to make your oven at home work like a brick oven, and what ingredients to use to get the closest product you can to a pizza made in Naples. Lunch includes Papa Joe’s wine. Class begins at 11am.
